Fix corrupt, damaged, or unreadable PDF files with our advanced recovery technology

All processing happens locally in your browser
Our tool can fix various PDF issues including: incomplete downloads, header corruption, cross-reference table errors, damaged document structure, font embedding issues, and certain types of content corruption. However, severely encrypted or physically damaged files may require specialized software.
There's no strict limit, but very large PDFs (over 100MB) may take longer to process and might be limited by your device's memory. For best results, we recommend files under 50MB. The repair process works entirely in your browser, so performance depends on your device specifications.
It depends on the type of damage. If the virus corrupted the PDF structure but left the content intact, our tool may be able to recover it. However, if the virus encrypted or completely overwrote the file content, recovery may not be possible with any software.
If you know the password, you can enter it before repair. The tool will attempt to repair password-protected files when the correct password is provided. However, we cannot bypass or crack PDF passwords for security reasons.
If repair fails, we'll show you detailed error information and suggest possible next steps. You can try with different repair options, or for severely damaged files, you may need to use professional desktop recovery software that can perform deeper analysis.
In most cases, the repaired PDF will be functionally identical - all text, images, and formatting will be preserved. However, in cases of severe corruption, some elements like embedded fonts or advanced formatting might be simplified or lost during the recovery process.
